Which countries is Result Arrange available in?
Result Arrange and Plus are available in the United States and Australia.
What does Result Arrange do, and where does it work?
It applies your rules to Google All, Brave Search All, Bing web, and DuckDuckGo All results in desktop Google Chrome or Brave. Free can Hide results and move preferred sources toward the top of the recognized organic group. Plus adds Block, separate rules for full-length Google Videos, and up to 50 Saved sets. Brave Search Videos, Bing Videos, and DuckDuckGo verticals are unsupported. Hide and Block also suppress sponsored results when Result Arrange can identify both the exact advertiser domain and complete result boundary. Prefer leaves ads in their native position. Unidentifiable ads, native modules, and anything else Result Arrange cannot identify reliably are left unchanged.
What is the difference between Block and Hide?
Block adds the supported engine's site-exclusion syntax to a search so it can return other ordinary results in its place. Hide removes a matching result from view after the page arrives and lets you restore it without searching again. Plus supports up to 25 blocked sites. If an engine ignores an exclusion, Result Arrange also suppresses supported identifiable organic and sponsored results after rendering. A site can still appear inside answer, native, unsupported Videos, or unidentifiable ad modules. Hide does not make an upstream request and has no query-length limitation.

What happens to Google's AI Overview when I use Block?
In our testing, the minus operator used by Block removes the AI Overview from Google's main results tab. You can still open AI Mode in its own tab. The blocked domains remain in the query sent to Google, so Google is asked to exclude them there too. Result Arrange does not edit Google's AI response or know which information Google uses internally, and Google may change this behaviour.
Do you see what I search for?
No. Your searches, results, browsing history, rules, and Saved sets stay in your browser and are never sent to BranchNode. To run the service, we keep a random installation identifier and limited trial and access records. If you create an account, we also keep your email address and subscription status. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Where are my rules stored?
In the browser's extension storage. Chrome Sync may carry them between matching Chrome profiles. Brave Sync may carry them within a Sync Chain when Extensions is enabled on every desktop. We do not operate or receive that storage. Signed-in account rules are encrypted on the device before the browser stores them. Chrome Sync and Brave Sync are separate; a Result Arrange sign-in alone does not copy rules between them.
Can I see what data is stored about me if I would like to?
Yes. While signed in, open Account and plan in the extension and press Download my data. You receive one readable JSON file with the service records associated with your account—including identity, installation, session, trial, access, and subscription records—plus every Saved set currently unlocked in that browser. Saved sets are decrypted and added on your device; their contents are not uploaded to us. Because the downloaded file is not encrypted, if you choose to use this feature keep the file somewhere private.
Why does it need search-page and storage permissions?
Narrow permissions for www.google.com, search.brave.com,
www.bing.com, and duckduckgo.com let Result Arrange read and shape
only the supported search surfaces described above. The storage permission
saves your rules and settings. Access to our own API covers trial, account, and subscription
checks. The extension does not request access to unrelated websites.
How does the 14-day Plus trial work?
It begins automatically when Result Arrange is installed. No card or account is required, and each user gets one free trial. During the trial, you may create an account and subscribe to Plus so the features continue after the trial ends.
The first payment is due on the date shown at checkout, never before your current trial ends. The subscription then renews monthly until cancelled. If you do not subscribe, Plus ends and Free continues. Your Free rules remain active. You can still see, copy, or delete your paused Plus rules, and you can choose Plus later from the extension without another trial.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel any time through Link or the billing link in your receipt. Plus stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that.
If Plus isn't working out for you, we'll refund your most recent payment. Email hello@resultarrange.com within 14 days of that charge. Renewals count too, so a subscription you forgot to cancel is refundable on the same terms. We don't ordinarily refund part of a month; rights required by law still apply.
