Result Arrange

Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026

1. This agreement

These Terms cover the Result Arrange browser extension, this website, accounts, Plus features, and support — together, the "Service". Result Arrange is provided by BranchNode LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("BranchNode", "we", "us").

By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and uninstall the extension.

Creating an account requires you to affirmatively accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and then verify your email. We keep the acceptance time and the effective-date version of each policy with the completed account. If creation is canceled or abandoned, no Result Arrange account is completed and the provisional sign-in identity is removed.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter a contract where you live, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may purchase Plus only if you can lawfully make that purchase or an authorised adult makes it for you.

Paid subscriptions are sold through Link, a Stripe service. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. BranchNode makes and operates Result Arrange and remains responsible for providing the product and product support.

2. What Result Arrange does

Result Arrange applies rules you write — Prefer, Hide, and Block — to supported Google, Brave Search, Bing, and DuckDuckGo pages. Prefer and Hide work on recognized results after the page arrives. Block adds the active engine's site-exclusion syntax to your search before it runs.

Each search provider controls its own pages, syntax, rankings, and returned content. Result Arrange is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Brave, Microsoft, or DuckDuckGo.

3. Free and Plus

Free includes Hide and Prefer, with as many preferred sources as you like in the order you choose, on supported Google All, Brave Search All, Bing web, and DuckDuckGo All results. Free does not expire.

Plus adds Block for up to 25 sites per saved Set, separate rules for full-length Google Videos, and named saved Sets. Only the active Set applies at one time. Brave Search Videos, Bing Videos, and DuckDuckGo verticals are unsupported.

The feature descriptions shown in the extension and on this website are the current ones. We will not charge you without a separate purchase, and we will not describe a feature as included while it is unavailable.

4. The 14-day Plus trial

Each user gets one free 14-day Plus trial. It begins automatically when Result Arrange is installed, not when you first try a Plus feature. An account is not required for the trial.

For a new user, the clock runs from the installation date. Closing Chrome or waiting before you use a Plus feature does not pause, postpone, or restart it. The first account and guest installation share one trial: a newly created account continues the installation's trial, while an existing account applies its already-established trial status to that installation. If a different user signs in later, that user's own trial applies while signed in. The limit remains one trial per user.

The trial does not require a card and does not become a paid subscription by itself. You can subscribe at any time. If you subscribe during the trial, your first payment is due on the date shown at checkout, never before your current trial ends, and the subscription then renews monthly until you cancel. You are charged only if you separately go through checkout, where the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe.

When the trial ends without a subscription, Plus stops and Free continues. Your Plus rules are paused, not deleted: the main tab stays fully editable, and your paused Plus tabs and Saved sets stay visible in a recovery view where you can read, copy, or remove entries but not add or edit them. You can subscribe later, but the trial does not restart. If you do, rules that Chrome still holds come back.

5. Subscriptions, renewal, and payment

Plus costs $2.99 USD per month, plus any tax that applies where you are. Monthly is the only billing period offered. The final price, including tax, is shown to you at checkout before you pay.

Completing checkout authorises Link to charge you for each month until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your receipt, invoices, payment method, and the tools to manage or cancel the subscription are provided through Link.

If you subscribe during the trial, Plus continues without interruption when the paid period begins. If you subscribe after the trial, Plus is normally restored as soon as Link confirms the subscription. Contact us if paid access does not appear promptly.

If we change the price of Plus, we will tell you before it affects you, and you will be able to cancel rather than accept the new price.

Plus may not be available for purchase in every country. Availability is shown at checkout and may be limited where the law or our payment provider requires it.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through Link or from the management link in your receipt. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: Plus keeps working until then, and nothing renews afterwards.

We refund the most recent payment on a Plus subscription when it is requested within 14 days of that charge. This applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike. Ask at hello@resultarrange.com. You do not need to prove anything or give a detailed reason.

We do not refund part of a billing period, and cancelling on its own does not produce a refund for the unused days in a period you have already paid for.

These are BranchNode's voluntary refund terms. Link and Stripe process payments and refunds, and Link may also decide a request under its Sold through Link refund policy. Any cooling-off, conformity, refund, or other mandatory right you have under consumer law applies regardless of anything in this section.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and your devices secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us. Please tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

We may suspend an account or Plus access where it is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, a chargeback, a security threat, or a serious breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

While signed in, you may use Download my data in the extension to receive a readable JSON copy of the application records associated with your account together with your Saved sets unlocked in that browser. The downloaded file is not encrypted, and you are responsible for where you store or send it. This self-service option does not limit any privacy right or prevent you from contacting us about your information. The Privacy Policy explains the contents and security exclusions.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable interoperability rights and good-faith security research.

9. Your rules and settings

The rules you create are yours. They are stored using the browser's extension storage, which means they are subject to that browser profile or Sync Chain, its sync settings and storage limits, and what happens if you uninstall the extension, reinstall the browser, or lose access to that browser's sync account or chain.

10. Other services we rely on

The Service works with Google Search, Brave Search, Bing, and DuckDuckGo and uses Chrome or Brave browser storage, our own Result Arrange API, Supabase for accounts and data, Cloudflare for hosting, sign-in email delivery, and support-email routing, Resend as a fallback email sender and for support replies, and Link and Stripe for payments. Each has its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. The Privacy Policy explains what each one handles.

11. What we can and cannot guarantee

Search providers change layouts, modules, operators, and behaviour without notice. When Result Arrange meets a page it does not recognise, it leaves that page alone rather than risk breaking it — so there will be pages and situations where nothing happens.

In particular: Block cannot guarantee that an engine honours every exclusion or removes a site from answer, native, unsupported Videos, or sponsored modules whose advertiser and result boundary cannot be identified reliably. Result Arrange locally suppresses supported identifiable organic and sponsored results that remain, but cannot guarantee any particular number of replacement results or that an engine leaves a given feature intact. Prefer changes how eligible organic results are presented to you; it does not change the engine's ranking and does not reorder ads.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects a paid feature we will give notice where practicable and where required. If we discontinue the paid service, we will handle it consistently with Link's terms and applicable law.

12. Feedback and support

You are welcome to send feedback and support requests. We may use suggestions you send us without obligation or payment; you keep ownership of your own content and your personal information. Our support response targets are goals we aim for, not guaranteed service levels.

13. Intellectual property and licence

The Service, apart from third-party materials and the rules you create, belongs to BranchNode or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for its intended purpose while your Free, trial, or paid access lasts.

Result Arrange includes open-source components. Their licences and required notices ship with the extension in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt at the root of the extension package.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect filtering, particular search results, or continued compatibility with Google or Chrome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, and where that is so, this section applies only as far as the law permits.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BranchNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service — whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or twenty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations. Where those laws apply, this section and section 14 apply only as far as they permit. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.

16. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. If you delete your account from the extension, we cancel any active subscription's future renewal before completing the deletion. You may also cancel without deleting the account, or remove the extension without doing either. We may terminate or suspend access for a serious breach, fraud, a security risk, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service, with notice and a chance to put it right where that is appropriate and required. The provisions that naturally survive the end of this agreement will survive it.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please email hello@resultarrange.com, describe the problem, and say what you would like done about it. Most things are resolved this way, and we will respond within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and BranchNode consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be limited, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

18. Changes to these Terms

We will post any change here with a new date at the top. For a change that materially affects you, we will give notice at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email if you have an account and by a notice in the extension either way, so that you can cancel first if you would rather not accept it.
